Welcome to Fixiphone! By using our mobile repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Fixiphone offers mobile phone repair services, including but not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, software troubleshooting, and other related services. We are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

2. Service Charges

Service charges are quoted before the repair and must be paid in full once the repair is completed. Payment can be made via cash or digital methods. All prices are subject to change, and customers will be informed before any charges are applied.

3. Repair Process

We will diagnose and repair the mobile device within a reasonable time frame. The time taken for the repair depends on the issue and parts availability.

4. Liability

Fixiphone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise due to the repair of the device, including data loss or device malfunction.

5. Warranty

Our repair services come with a [X]-day warranty on parts and labor. The warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the device.

6. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds will be processed if the device is not repairable or if there is an issue with the service provided. Cancellation of services can be requested before the repair process begins, and no refund will be processed if the service has already been performed.

7. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data on their device before sending it for repair. Fixiphone is not responsible for any data loss during the repair.

8. Modifications

Fixiphone reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and customers will be notified accordingly.
